1. Shipping Region & Rates

 

  • Shipping Region: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends or federal holidays.

 

3. Delivery Estimates

 

  • Shipping Time: Once an order is processed, shipping usually takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive at the destination within the United States.

  • Total Expected Time: The total time from order placement to delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days.

  • Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

 

4. Order Management

 

  • Order Edits/Address Changes: There will be a 3-hour window immediately after you place your order to edit the contents or change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@qbtechnical.com if you need to make an adjustment during this window.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

 

  • Contact for Issues: If you experience any delays or if your package is lost during transit, please contact us at contact@qbtechnical.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Proof of Delivery: Once your package is scanned and marked as delivered by our shipping carrier and proof of delivery is provided, we consider the order fulfilled.

  • Delivered, But Not Received: If you cannot locate your package after it has been marked delivered, please first check around your delivery location, then contact the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) directly with your tracking number to file a claim. We are happy to assist with any documentation needed to support your claim.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

 

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@qbtechnical.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, full refund, or adjustment.

 

7. Return Policy

 

  • Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Cost of Returns: We offer Free Returns! You will NOT be charged a restocking fee, nor will you be responsible for any return shipping costs. All associated return charges are waived.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be Unassembled, in original packaging, and free of stains, odors, or damage.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us at contact@qbtechnical.com to request a return.

    2. If accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

    3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

8. Refund Policy

 

Your refund will be issued after our warehouse team has completed the verification process.

  • Refund Timeline: The entire refund process, from the day the returned item is received at our facility to the funds being credited back to your account, will take no more than 10 business days.

  • Verification: Your return must first be received, checked in, and verified to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions (Unassembled, Original Packaging, Undamaged).

  • Payment Reflection: You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed, and the funds will be reflected back to your original payment method within the 10 business day window.
